Enrolment Form 2026

Please fill out the following to enrol your child in EDA dance classes.

Classes are based on what year your child is in at school. There is wiggle room for students move classes according to ability, but school year is a great place to start!

What happens after I click submit?

You will receive an email confirming your child has been enrolled. 

You will receive a link to activate your parent portal.

You will receive dates for all our concerts, dress rehearsals and social events.

Permission is required for Eden Dance Academy Pty Ltd (EDA) to use photographs of students for publicity purposes. I hereby give permission to EDA to photograph and video my child for current and future EDA events. I understand that the video and photographs will be reproduced for other EDA families that have purchased the DVD or photographs. I also understand that images may be used in media publications. I hereby give my permission for the following:

  • Term 1: Monday 2 February to Saturday 4 April

  • Term 2: Monday 20 April to Saturday 4 July

  • Term 3: Monday 20 July to Saturday 26 September

  • Term 4: Monday 14 October to Friday 11 December

Monday 4:00 - 5:30pm

Tuesday 4:00 - 5:30pm

Wednesday 4:00 - 5:30pm

Thursday 4:00 - 5:30pm

Saturday 9:00am - 12noon
